he hotel has an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Krakow's main square, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and very clean, equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom was large and impeccably maintained, adding to the overall sense of comfort. The entire hotel exudes a warm and charming atmosphere, with every corner kept in pristine condition. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of international options, plentiful and delicious. A special mention goes to the exceptional hotel staff, particularly Alicja, who was wonderfully kind and provided me with invaluable local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodation makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Krakow

The location was a very short walk from the main square in the old town. There were a number of bars and restaurants nearby which we used. The area is very quiet and central and it felt very safe to walk around. The breakfast was a plate of meat, cheese slices and soft cheese. Sourdough bread slices, cakes and yoghurts. Hot options include scrambled eggs and frankfurter sausages. We didn't take the hot breakfast but were happy with the cold options and were able to help ourselves to fruit juice and coffees. It wasn't the most fancy breakfast we had in a hotel but it was tasty, the breakfast room was spotless and we were able to sit and chat over breakfast without any pressure to leave. It was worth the extra money we paid for it as it kept us going until lunch time.

Absolutely wonderful stay - we stayed here during our wedding week and had the most incredible time here. We booked out the two top apartments and for getting ready the morning of the wedding, and for staying during the week - the staff were super helpful and even gave us a free bottle of wine as a congratulations! The rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again and will always have happy memories of our special week here. The Blue apartment was our particular favourite! Very central location and super close to the old town, and tasty breakfast.

I was surprised that a pre-ordered 1-person room happened to be a "conference room" - huge and cosy. Despite relatively low price, the location is perfect: very close to the train station and the market square. The staff is open and friendly. A music high-school is adjacent to the hotel, so you can hear rehearsals, not too loud yet a surprising bonus. Also, as a for person with night-blindness, the lights were indeed properly designed.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They organised a really nice packed breakfast/lunch for us when we had early starts before the normal breakfast time. The room was bright and spacious with comfortable beds,a large bathroom and AC. Lovely coffee in the restaurant! Only a few minutes walk from the Old Town so the location is great without the noise! Overall,it was a very nice stay and we would stay there again.
